  • Structural Design, Engineering & Construction Drawings
    Complete, verifiable structural calculations in accordance with applicable standards and Grid Operator requirements, including construction-ready formwork and reinforcement drawings for shallow foundations (pad, stepped, block and mushroom foundations) as well as deep foundations (bored and driven piles).
  • Assessment & Strengthening of Existing Foundations
    Structural assessment and optimization of existing foundations in connection with system modifications or conductor upgrades – supported by our strong industry network, providing fast access to external specialists and additional engineering capacity when required.
  • Structural Design of Guying & Anchorage Systems
    Structural design and dimensioning of temporary and permanent guying and anchorage systems for intermediate construction stages, temporary structures and conductor stringing operations.
  • Preliminary Design of Transmission Line Sections
    Early-stage strategic preliminary design of complete routes and line sections across the full voltage range – from 110 kV and 220 kV to 380 kV.
  • Geotechnical Risk Optimization
    Targeted reduction of unforeseen costs and construction delays by making optimum use of site-specific ground conditions – including early-stage and construction-phase coordination with geotechnical consultants and Grid Operators to ensure an efficient interaction between geotechnical conditions and foundation design.
  • Independent Review, Optimization & Second Opinions
    Independent review, validation and optimization of existing foundation designs and engineering documentation. We identify previously untapped potential for technical and economic optimization in new-build projects, structural reassessments and complex refurbishment concepts.
  • Integrated Project Consulting
    Interdisciplinary consulting for all parties involved in foundation planning and construction – from Grid Operators and general contractors to geotechnical consultants and construction companies. Our support ranges from strategic foundation planning to the engineering interpretation of geotechnical reports.
  • Improving Efficiency
    Through close collaboration between our Foundation Engineering & Consulting and Innovation & Digitalization teams, we analyze and optimize internal project workflows. Recurring project steps are streamlined, interface losses reduced and further opportunities for digitalization identified.
